Business data stays under your control
SiteKeeper stores business identity, customer contact details, property addresses and notes, jobs, tasks, materials, expenses, recurring visits, estimates and invoices locally on your device. Martindale Codeworks does not operate an application server that receives these records. The current app has no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Optional iCloud services
With Pro, you may explicitly enable synchronization using your private Apple CloudKit database and separate automatic backups in iCloud Drive. These are disabled by default. Apple handles storage and transfer under its own terms and privacy policy. Devices must use the same iCloud account and business. Sync carries edits and deletions; backups preserve separate snapshots. Availability depends on Apple services, connectivity and storage. Turning sync off does not delete existing cloud data.
Files, logos and sharing
Photo and file pickers access images or backups you choose. Logo images are resized on device. Exported backups contain your entire business and are not password encrypted by the app. Keep them in a private location. Sharing an estimate or invoice passes the selected PDF to the destination you choose; that recipient or service has its own privacy practices. Do not include unnecessary customer information in support requests.
Purchases and app lock
Apple processes subscriptions and lifetime purchases and provides signed transaction and subscription information for access verification. We do not receive payment-card details. Optional app lock uses Apple device authentication; the app does not receive your biometric information or passcode. App lock does not encrypt exported backups or shared PDFs.
Retention and deletion
Issued documents preserve historical business and customer snapshots. The app may keep local recovery copies before restores or sync conflict resolution. Automatic backups retain up to five confirmed uploads from this installation while retaining pending uploads and other devices’ copies. Local recovery retains ten validated copies. Remove separate exports, recovery copies and iCloud Drive backups independently when no longer needed. Removing the app does not cancel subscriptions or necessarily delete iCloud records. Manage cloud storage through Apple settings; cloud records can return after reinstalling.
Support and this website
If you email support@martindalecodeworks.com, we use what you send to respond. Hosting and email providers may retain ordinary request or correspondence records. This website has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or application account system. External links are governed by their destination’s policies. Contact support for privacy questions. This policy describes the current development version and will be updated when practices change.
