Your purchases stay under your control
Return Wallet stores purchase details, receipts, notes, return deadlines, refund records, and warranty records on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this wallet data. The current app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Receipts and permissions
Camera access is used when you choose to scan a receipt. Text recognition and PDF extraction run on your device. Photo/file access is used for items you choose to import. Large receipt images may be optimized before storage. Notifications are optional and are used for reminders you configure.
Optional iCloud and exported backups
If enabled, backups containing wallet data and receipt attachments are written to your Apple iCloud Drive container. Apple handles iCloud storage and transfer under its terms and privacy policy. Manual exports go to the destination you choose. Return Wallet does not add its own encryption to exported backup files; protect them as private documents. Backup retention and upload timing are described in the app.
Premium purchases and device authentication
Apple processes in-app purchases and provides verified transaction information so the app can determine premium access. We do not receive your payment card details. Optional app lock uses Apple device authentication; the app does not receive or store biometric data or your device passcode. App lock does not encrypt exported backups.
Links, support, and deletion
Opening retailer or support links connects to the destination website under its own privacy practices. If you contact support, the information you choose to send is used to respond; avoid including receipts or personal information unless necessary. You can delete purchases and receipts in the app. Deleting the app removes local app data; exported and iCloud backups must be removed separately using Files or iCloud settings. Canceling a subscription is separate from deleting the app.

This website
This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, embedded social tracking, or cookies set by our website code. Our hosting provider may process standard web-request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and access times, to operate and protect the website. Links to Apple or other services are subject to their privacy practices.
