Is Return Wallet available yet?
Return Wallet is in development for iPhone, with iOS 18 and later supported. An App Store link will appear here when it is available. There is no public download or waitlist at the moment.
How do I add or scan a receipt?
OCR suggestions can be wrong. Check the retailer, date, and amount before saving. Item names, return deadlines, and retailer eligibility require your confirmation. To import a PDF, use Add purchase → Choose receipt file. Review the saved receipt after optimizing images, especially small print.
Why does Premium still show the free plan?
Open Settings → Premium access → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Canceling renewal keeps access through the eligible paid period; refunds or revocations can remove access. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Wallet backups restore purchase records, not App Store ownership.
How do I restore an iCloud backup?
Open Settings → Backup & restore. If iCloud backups are enabled, Restore from iCloud lists available snapshots. Select one, review missing/already-present counts, and tap Restore missing purchases. Existing purchases are not overwritten. Choose backup file also accepts older JSON backups. Automatic backup intervals run when the app gets a foreground opportunity; iCloud upload timing is controlled by Apple.
Why didn’t I get a reminder?
Check Settings → Reminders in the app, notification permissions in iPhone Settings, and Focus or Scheduled Summary. The app schedules upcoming reminders when it gets a chance to refresh. iOS controls final delivery; no reminder system can guarantee a notification will arrive.
Can I protect my receipts with Face ID?
Yes. Open Settings → Privacy & app lock. Device authentication supports Face ID or Touch ID with device-passcode fallback. App lock protects the interface; exported backup files still need to be stored somewhere you trust.
Will restoring a backup overwrite my edits?
No. Restore adds purchases whose IDs are missing from your wallet. Existing purchases and their attachments are skipped rather than overwritten. The review screen shows what will be restored before you confirm.
How do I manage receipt storage?
Open Settings → Storage to see attached receipt-file usage and optimize older images or combine duplicate files. Export a backup first if you want to retain exact original image quality. Imported PDFs and small images retain their bytes.
